As the Director of Client Services, I collaborate on the care needs of numerous patients. Concierge Health’s team exemplifies patient-centered care with an emphasis on quality of life. Concierge Health answers my calls, texts and emails at 8 a.m. or 8 p.m. They help supervise the home health aides on my team and divert a client emergency before it happens. Dana/Sheila and their team bring in and coordinate medical providers, lawyers and financial advisers for our patients. They also serve as the eyes and ears for the family members we serve.
